Please note that the prices listed above are for labor only. They serve as an estimate to help you gauge affordability before reaching out for a detailed quote. The final labor cost may vary based on the specific requirements of your project.
We can also supply all necessary materials, but we only initiate this process after our labor-only quote has been accepted. At that point, we'll provide a separate product/material quote alongside the approved labor quote, forming a comprehensive "Full Turnkey Bathroom Renovation Project Quotation."
We exclusively source top-quality materials available in the local market. Our established relationships with major suppliers like Tile Africa, CTM, Bathroom Bizarre, Italtile, Chamberlain, and others ensure access to the finest bathtubs, showers, tiles, basins, mixers, toilets, geysers, copper tubing, fittings, and more.
Our prices apply to domestic projects and include the following:
Demolition and removal of existing products/tiles. Installation of new copper or PVC tubing and fittings. Basic electrical work and ceiling adjustments (We do not supply CoC Certificates for both Electrical or Plumbing, this must be obtained from a third party specializing in that, but our work meets the highest standards and obtaining these Certificates is never a problem, but it remains the clients responsibility to obtain these certificates, if they so desire to have these Certificates.) Tiling of the area. Installation of new fixtures. Cleaning (inquire for details due to limitations). Preparation for final inspection and sign-off. Rubble removal.
We offer two options to cater to your specific needs:

VAT-Registered Company: Ideal for corporate clients and those who can claim back VAT.

Non-VAT Vendor: Best suited for domestic clients and entities unable to claim VAT, such as schools
Upon acceptance of the labor quote, we require a 25% booking fee to secure the project date.
Our rates are fixed per bathroom size, but prices may vary and discounts may be available for multiple bathroom renovations within the same project.

We made this change because of our love for bathrooms and because we wanted to focus all our creative energy on one Industry, and that is to renovate bathrooms. Saki has therefore been with us, through the highs and lows, but he refuses to work for any other company! |  Claude Ncube⭐ Bricklayer / Master Builder ⭐ Claude is entrusted with the companies building / bricklaying work and all plaster related work needed on your project.
