How much does a bathroom renovation cost?

Our labour-only rates are: Small Bathroom (15–20m²): R34,000 | Medium Bathroom (20–26m²): R39,000 | Large Bathroom (26m² and up): R44,000. These cover all labour from demolition through to final installation and rubble removal. Products (tiles, bath, taps, etc.) are separate — you choose and purchase these yourself, with our guidance. Is the 1st consultation and written quotation free?

Accepted Answer

Yes — completely free and with no obligation. We visit your home, take measurements, listen to your vision, and provide a detailed written quotation. What you do with it is entirely up to you.

Do you offer a Turnkey option?

Accepted Answer

How do I know the price won't change after I accept the quote?

Our fixed pricing structure has been unchanged since 2014. What we quote for labour is what you pay — confirmed in a signed written quotation. Any scope changes after work begins are discussed and agreed in writing before we proceed. Nothing verbal, nothing assumed.

Do you offer discounts for multiple bathrooms?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we offer discounts for multiple bathroom renovations within the same project. The more bathrooms, the better the value. Mention this when requesting your quote.

Question 6

What is the booking fee?

Accepted Answer

A 25% deposit is required upon acceptance of your quotation. This secures your start date and confirms your place in our schedule. Materials, if supplied by us, are paid 100% upfront to us or directly to the supplier.
